Packages may be scratched, torn, crushed or resealed due to storage and warehousing. Items listed under USED condition are not tested, condition is not known and the item is being sold “AS IS” unless stated otherwise. Condition of item will be noted in additional information. TURNAROUND TIME: Same day shipping is available on all orders made before 1:00PM EST Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Rush shipping will be available with additional fees. No exceptions. SHIPPING: For all Domestic shipping we will use UPS Ground, UPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail at our digression. Next day and 2 day shipping is available for additional fees. Shipping quotes do not include International Taxes or Duties; buyer will be responsible for any Import Tax and Customs Fees. For all International purchases buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, Taxes, and related fees. PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving invoice if requested. Payments not received in 7 days items will be forfeited. For purchases requiring Freight Shipping, charges must be received within 4 days. We only accept payment through PAYPAL. RETURN: Items found to be damaged upon arrival must be claimed to the carrier. All items shipped by PR39 Industries LLC. are inspected before shipment. Items found to be damaged once unpackaged will can not be covered by PR39. Parts purchased and found to be ordered in the incorrect size will NOT be returned for a refund.
