Here are the details about this listing: Set of 2 Franklin Covey storage binders (you can use for any other 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" brand). Rings 2", binders are 3" thick. I do not have year labels for these as the ones I had are expired. However, if you email me when you make your purchase I will make and include a label similar to the ones pictured- just email me the years you prefer for the labels (for example 2014, 2015 or year of your choice). I will apply these prior to shipment. You must contact me PRIOR to making a return. I will only accept returns if all the following conditions are met: This contact needs to be within 14 days of receipt, however the sooner the better. There must have been a significant error in the listing (NO buyer’s remorse please). Item must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped. No exceptions. If you have used or opened/unwrapped a NEW item, it is no longer new when it is returned. So a refund may be for a partial value as I can no longer sell it as a new item. Breakage that occurs due to the inattentive care of shipping agents in not my fault and is not grounds for a return. It is also not a reason to claim the item is not described. I will gladly work with you if an item is broken. I wrap all my shipments carefully as my feedbacks attest so breakage should be very rare and is not expected. Return shipping cost is your responsibility. I HIGHLY recommend you return the item to me insured and with tracking to protect you in the event it is damaged on the return trip. I will not go to the post office to pick up packages so do not send with a signature confirmation expectation in case I miss the postal carrier. All returns must be received within 21 days of your receipt of the item. NO EXCEPTIONS. So don't ship in the slowest way possible especially if you wait to start the return process. Refunds are ONLY issued through PayPal to the original buyer only. International Shipping to EBay Global participating locations only Payments due within 48 hours if you have requested an invoice or have a winning bid. I ship very timely. Payments received by 8:30 PM CST ship the next postal day, so your prompt payment ensures a quicker delivery. I report nonpayers which is unfortunate I have to even say this, but not everyone honors their commitment in making a purchase.
