You're looking at a Franklin Covey Planner. This planner could double as a briefcase. Outside there are two handles that could be hidden so you could just carry it as well as two slip pockets. Inside there is 7 rings, 13 slip pockets, two pen holders and one zippered pocket. There is some scratches to the leather and other wear. See pictures for detail.
