I have for sale a old flare box wagon. I am unsure of the make, I assume it was probably a short line. I bought it just as you see it with intention of restoring it to go behind a corn picker I had, but the picker has been sold, so I have no need to keep it. Overall, it is in pretty good shape. The floor has been redone with treated 2x6 tongue and groove lumber at some point. The tail gate has a dent in the top lip, and there is a little bit of "rot" on the bottom edge (see photos). I believe the running gear is home made from old car/truck axles, and it is not the tightest gear out there. All tires are up and are holding, but they are all pretty well shot. The front rims have had the center hole cut out for some reason. Somewhere it its life, the "fish mouth" on the drawbar has been tweaked, I did my best to straighten it back up. This is a neat old piece and would look spectacular painted up behind a old picker. No hoist, just a flat box. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. FEEL FREE TO MAKE A OFFER.. IF IT DON'T SELL, IT'LL BE CUT AND CHANGED INTO SOMETHING THAT WILL SUIT MY NEEDS FOR SOMETHING.
