FILMOPLAST P90 PLUS - 2cm x 50m - book repair, hinging and mounting tape designed for archival use, specifically for fine art hinging with a more intense tack. The adhesive used is a refined version of the original, provides better initial as well as final bond, while retaining the same stable aging characteristics. Works well on rough surfaces and has more flexibility than P-90. Tape is coated with acid & solvent free acrylic adhesive, buffered (ph 7.5) to remain acid free. High age resistance. Adhesive is activated upon pulling off silicone liner, removable with water. Ideal for strengthening the joint between book cover and book body with high adhesive strength and strong tear resistance. It is hardly visible and very flexible, ideal for gluing into the fold. For fixing pictures, photographs and prints to passe-partouts or rear mounts. For dust-free sealing of rear mounts Roll in dispensing box, Ideal for hinging heavier paper artworks. With long fibred non-ageing wood free properties, this paper tape is a framers favourite.
