I have personally checked operation, goes up and down smoothly and the wheels move. There are scratches and dings consistent with age and EMS use and the Striker mattress has been wiped down but may have some small marks on them. As every one knows the Ferno 35A+ is a very dependable stretcher and it has many years of service left. NOTE: The plastic handle on the headrest gas cylinder is broke, took abart and used a screwdriver to activate, it is strong but must have the new metal handle pruchased and installed by the buyer!
