FELLOWES QUASAR E 500 ELECTRIC COMB BINDING MACHINE   QTY 1 For parts or not working: Item for sale is " FELLOWES QUASAR E 500 ELECTRIC COMB BINDING MACHINE ". Upon inspection I noticed that item has normal use such as scuffs, stains and scratches.(see pictures). All connection ports are in good condition. I was able to power up item and cut the holes in the paper but without binding im unable to do more. Due to lack of equipment and knowledge, I was unable to test any further. Therefore, item is parts or not working. All offers are looked at!! SOLD AS-IS NO RETURNS!
