It is ready to use and I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes complete with the Exeter Indirect Ophthalmoscope, Mentor adjustable padded headgear, connectivity cords and Exeter power supply/Control. All mirrors and optics are present and good. The ophthalmoscope head is fully adjustable and both eyepieces adjust side to side to fit any eye width. The headband is padded and fully adjustable to fit all size heads. The power supply has an on/off switch and light intensity adjustment. This is a nice indirect ophthalmoscope.
