The Everpure i2000(2) cartridge, also known as model# EV9612-22, offers free shipping on orders of two or more items. This cartridge provides high-quality water for ice applications by reducing scale buildup from dirt and dissolved minerals, which can cause machine problems. Additionally, it reduces chlorine taste and offensive contaminants in water. The precoat filtration technology used in the Everpure i2000(2) cartridge offers superior chlorine taste and odor reduction by micro-filtering dirt and particles as small as 1/2-micron in size mechanically. This cartridge is NSF/ANSI Standard 53 certified to reduce cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia mechanically. It also uses the proprietary Micro-PureВ® II filtration media to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the filter media that can decrease the product's life. The Everpure i2000(2) cartridge is NSF certified, meeting the standards of both NSF/ANSI 42 and 53. It requires no electrical connection, making it easy to install and use. The Everpure i2000(2) cartridge features a self-contained scale inhibitor feed, which keeps ice machines functioning at full capacity. It also reduces maintenance and service costs by preventing scale and clogging of distribution lines, evaporator plate, and pump. Moreover, the sanitary cartridge replacement is simple, quick, and clean since the internal filter parts are never exposed to handling or contamination.
