YOU WILL NOT BE PURCHASING A PRINTER, YOU ARE PURCHASING A "PRINTER REPAIR SERVICE" This "repair service" is for the following printers: Epson TM-220B, or Epson TM-220D. everything including diagnosis of the problem, parts needed for the repair, cleaning of the printer, and lubrication of all mechanical parts is included in this flat rate price. the ONLY EXCEPTION is if your main board, interface board, print head, or autocutter needs replaced. In this case, there will be an additional $50 charge to cover the price of the part. In this event we will require a deposit of the $50 to our paypal account before the repair can continue. If you choose to not proceed with the repair at this point, your money will be returned to your paypal account, minus the cost of shipping to return the printer to you. We Will Only be able to service the following interface boards: IDN, USB, or Serial Interface. We will not be able to support parallel or Ethernet Interfaces. If you have any questions about us being able to support your particular printer. Please send us a few pictures of you printer if you are unsure of what interface your printer uses. This Warranty covers only the original problem of the printer. In other words, we are warrantying the work we have performed and not the printer itself. A clear diagnosis of your problem and steps taken to resolve the problem will be clearly stated on the work order that we will provide you with. The shipping in this scenario will be at YOUR COST. Please properly package your printer to avoid further damage during shipping. Pictures of the printer may be requested.
