This auction is for one Emco compact 5 tool turret and auto / manual controller and accessories The controller unit shown in this ad is also available as is or as a build to suit and could be used to automate other devices as well. This is the only adjustable Emco turret for sale period This controller can be software controlled This item is used but in excellent shape. Notice: This auction includes: 1 - Modified turret with controller selling for 749.00 on ebay now, 4 bushings selling for 8.00 or more each on ebay now, 1 - new 10mm boring bar selling for 90.00 on ebay now, 1 - new drill 4- hold down screws This auction includes the following items and features: Items: 1 - Emco Compact 5 tool turret w/lock type connector 4 - Hold down screws 2 - Drilled 10mm .250 boring tool bushings 2 - New undrilled 10mm boring tool bushings 1 - New 10 mm insert boring tool w/insert 1 - New 1/2 inch drill to fit a drilled bushing 1 - Power supply / controller complete w/connector 1 - Power cord Features: Tool Turret: Has place for 3 turning tools - turning tool slots are 14mm (.551 - can use 1/2 inch tooling). And 3 boring tools - boring tool holes are 10mm (.394) Tool height is adjustable from plus .250 above center to minus .250 below center, as well as exact center. 4 - 10mm bushings for custom tools. Controller: Controller can be set to rotate 1 or 2 tool positions at a time as well as other choises of movement. When controller reverses to lock turret - it reduces current so as not to heat motor while in lock position for long periods - uses same locking voltage as prescribed by Emco. Controller can be actuated form any software program that can execute a signal to a relay, such as Mach 3. Controller switch has snap down cover to prevent accidental actuation when running parts. Convenient removable computer type power cord. On / off switch on controller. Lock down connector for secure connection. The last pictures show the adjustable stop and the range of tool adjustability. Last picture is of a factory damaged stop and how it can allow off centering of turret.
