This item is being sold "Used-As-Is", which means that while it has not been tested in production by the seller, it may still be functional. Interested buyers are welcome to inspect the item in person during regular business hours or request additional information or photos. The seller will prepare any necessary skidding or crating at cost. After payment has cleared, the item will ship as soon as possible, although items requiring special skidding or crating may require a few additional days to prepare. This article is about the Elgin MRM twin head stainless steel piston inline filler, which is a used piece of equipment that operates using a dual lug type conveyor. The filler has two pistons with a combined maximum fill of 22 oz per stroke and .5" diameter nozzles situated on 4" centers. The conical bottom hopper is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 15 gallons. This equipment requires 220/440 vac 3 phase electrical and comes with a video of it in action. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction's close, and Kentucky buyers or out-of-state buyers who pick up the item themselves will be charged a 6% sales tax unless they provide a sales tax exemption certificate. The equipment is being sold "As Is" and "With All Faults", and the buyer assumes responsibility for installation and operation in a safe and proper manner in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The seller is not liable for any damages or costs beyond the price of the equipment, such as attorney's fees or personal injury claims.
