This Ebay item is vintage equipment by Electronic Measurements Inc. IT is a Electronic Mesurements Inc, SCR Power Supply model 10-80. It is also marked 8H-9248 in the back which we think is the SN#. ? The DC Volt meter goes from 0 to 10 & the DC Amperes meter goes fron 0 to 100. This powers up fine as pictured but we have noway to furthere test. The aluminum case does have scratches on the top & bottom. It is in good clean condition with brackets on each side to mount it in a 19" rack. All connections & controls are fine. Sorry we have noway to test this before shipping.
