Controls: Honeywell DCP700 digital indicating program controller, Honeywell UDC digital indicating over-temperature control, Granville Phillips 307 Vacuum Gauge Control, and PLC Allen Bradley SLC150 with (2) SLC100 expansion controls mounted in an enclosed free standing panel. General: Stainless steel Double wall, horizontal load, water cooled chamber with side swing doors front and back. Interior has graphite liner with graphite heating elements. Designed for heated zone of 18"W x 36"L x 18"H @ 1550 C / 2822 F. Maximum temperature is rated 2200 C / 4000 F according to literature. Requires 45 GPM cooling water, 70 F and 35-40 PSIG at inlet. Inert gas feed of dry nitrogen or equivalent for inert atmosphere and/or cooling/backfill. Compressed air, filtered and lubricated, 90 PSIG. Actual operational condition is unknown. There are exterior cosmetic issues such as dust, and small paint scratches/scuffs. Vessel appears to be in great condition with NO hot spots, dents, or cracks. Pumping system has very small amount grease and oil stains. All elements and element holders, connections, and terminals appear to be in good condition. The work load graphite box is a (6) piece constructed box held together with graphite screws. Some graphite screws have sheared off allowing the box to lean. The back wall of the graphite box has a chipped corner. The box will either need to be repaired or replaced. Graphite box will be removed and packaged separately prior to shipping. Graphite hot zone surround appears to be complete and in good condition. There is some visible wear around the hot zone door opening. There are over a dozen spare elements that appear to be unused. Prints and manuals appear to be complete, but completeness cannot be verified. Sold AS-IS. Electrical and layout prints, parts lists, and manuals will be shipped with the furnace.
