This unit was removed from The State of North Carolina during an upgrade and was functional when removed. We powered it on and it appears to be functional. Cosmetically it shows normal signs of use with some scuffs and scratches (please see pictures), needs a good cleaning. Due to our limited working knowledge and/or lack of additional equipment for this item no further testing was performed. We have no reason to believe it is not fully functional but cannot guarantee it since we could not fully test it.
