We use USPS priority mail, unless otherwise noted or other arrangements are made. All packages will have tracking and we do watch tracking closely. We ship to a confirmed PayPal address only. Please keep that in mind when bidding, and using best offer, or Buy It Now options. We have NO control over anything that happens to packages at the post office once they are scanned. Any item will be packaged very well, as if it’s being shipped into a war zone. We trust the post office to do their jobs, but sometimes things happen. All packages will have insurance. Please contact us if any package arrives damaged. You may be asked for a detailed report of damage and/or pictures, and in some cases, the item returned. International Shipping: We have opted in for the Global Shipping Program that eBay offers. Please review the terms and conditions under that program. Payment: We accept payment by PayPal only. Payment is expected within 3 days (72 hours) of auction closing, or Best offer invoice, and immediately when using the Buy It Now option. If payment is not received within 3 days, an unpaid item report will be filed, unless other arrangements are made. We do understand that things come up and a buyer may need an extra day or two. If no communication is made the unpaid item will be relisted after the 8th day following the auction’s end and the unpaid item claim will be closed. There is a 20% restocking fee on any return. If anything else comes up, please send us a message through eBay only. We do NOT check emails through PayPal. We do require pictures and a detailed report on any issues. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item for a refund equal to the purchase price of the item, minus the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be credited and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns for items with free shipping will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost incurred by the seller (please contact us in advance for an exact quote). Returned items must be in the same condition as when received (tags still attached if applicable, any box or packaging, written manuals, etc).
