Here is what I am able to tell you about this item: Has not been tested but comes in original packaging and appears new and unused. Cosmetic Condition: Item itself shows no signs of cosmetic wear. We acquire our products from company closures, obsolete systems, government surplus, overstock, etc. Unless otherwise indicated, all products include our 14-day warranty. However, most products do not include a "manufacturer's warranty". Products are tested to the best of our abilities. This can include a power-up test, navigating menus, performing simple operational tests, etc. We do not always have the resources and/or abilities to fully test each item we sell.
