Some of the sheep management will be less familiar - with mustering by huntaways or helicopter, fast-moving tailing crews, and a complete lack of lambing sheds. Dylan looks at a great variety of sheep enterprises from all parts of New Zealand. Immerse yourself in some of the most wonderful scenery you will ever see!
