DocTab Shipping Mailing Postage 425 Self Adhesive Labels Part #156148-434 RIT2 New Rolls. Package was opened to verify label type and for pictures. ITEM CONDITION: The items are sold "AS-IS". The overall condition of the items are evaluated during the initial inspection, and we attempt to identify any defects. During the listing process, we not only identify them in the listing, but take pictures showing them and/or pointing them out. Sometimes the defect will not clearly show up in the picture, but we try to point them out for you. Occasionally we do miss a defect of an item. However we stand by our products and will refund your purchase price and shipping costs, or we will pay for the return shipping if returned. During the shipping, clothing items 'will most likely' BE WRINKLED upon arrival, and it is NOT A DEFECT. However, they will come out during the laundering process. Unfortunately we are not aware of any way to place them in a small envelope and not get wrinkled. LOCAL PICK UP: We are4 now offering local pick up for our customers located within the immediate area. If you wish to pick up your items, please let us know prior to payment, and we will revise your invoice to reflect $0.00 shipping costs due to local pick up. Otherwise, your invoice will reflect shipping charges. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do offer combined shipping. An extra $1 charge per item is charged if the items can fit into the same package. If extra shipping charges apply, we will give you the best possible rate. Please let us know PRIOR to payment and we will send a final invoice once you let us know you have completed your shopping. PAYMENT: We ONLY accept payment via PayPal, which accepts many forms of payment. Please verify your shipping address PRIOR to payment. We do not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, and additional charges will be paid by the buyer. Please submit your payment within seven (7) days and your item will be shipped within the next business day once your payment has cleared. SHIPPING: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx for our delivery services. We have researched other services, but these has been the cheapest forms of shipment. If the shipping costs are over-estimated, we will send you a refund of the difference once the label has been created. If you prefer to have your item shipped other than USPS First Class Mail (Priority Mail, First Class, or Parcel Post) or FedEx (Ground or SmartPost), please let us know prior to shipping and will adjust your invoice accordingly. - Domestic USA: If your item weighs less than 13 ounces with packaging, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If more than 13 ounces, it will be shipped via USPS or FedEx (whichever method is the cheapest rate). - International: For our international customers, we generally add some weight to the shipping estimate to cover the costs as some countries cost more than estimated. For USPS First Class Mail, 4 pounds is the maximum weight. If over 4lbs, other delivery services will need to be evaluated. Once we have packaged and purchased the shipping, we will send a refund via PayPal for the difference immediately after the label is created. RETURN POLICY: As mentioned above, we do offer a 14-day return policy. If an item is damaged, please let us know and we will determine if the item needs to be returned or if we will simply refund your costs.
