This auction is for a DOBBLE ACTIVE SOURCES MODEL F3-D SLAVE DYNAMIC TEST SYSTEM. This test equipment was acquired in an auction from an end users working sub station site and should be functional. We are however unable to test the unit for its full functionality, which is why we are selling it “AS-IS” described in our listing. There is constant beeping noise when you power it up and one of the buttons are broken (please see picture attached for more details). Let us know if you have any questions or concerns. The shipping quote is for either Fedex Ground to any state in the U.S or a Freight quote for a dock to dock and the shipping quote also does not include any insurance. If you would like insurance to be included, we would be more than happy to do that. Keep in mind that we will have to charge you extra so please alert us of your intention and we can quote you shipping with insurance included. Please be advised that if you initiate a return/refund for any reason other than a misstatement by us in the original listing or deemed functionally defective: there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed. The shipping fee to the customer will not be refunded in this case and also the customer will bear the shipping cost of returning the unit back to our warehouse.
