This item looks brand new, but I am unsure. There are no wear and tear marks on it and does not even look like it was ever used. It has a small tool that comes with it and a 1 year warranty. The warranty is probably invalid by now, but I do not know much about it. The only numbers that indicate a model number is F665 and the is be Cen-Tech. Payment: Please provide prompt payment after winning the item. Shipping terms: I do not mind shipping outside of the United States of America, but I ask that you please contact me first before bidding so we can figure out shipping arrangements. Not all items are equal so shipping prices and packing prices will vary for every shipping location and item qualities. If you live within the U.S.A. then please feel free to bid as you wish. If you end up winning more than one of my items then please contact me and I will do my best to combine the items so shipping is cheaper for you. Lastly, over 95% of the items that have been shipped include a tracking number and signature confirmation. This allows me to see when you picked up your product. If this is an issue then you need to let me know and we may or may not be able to work out a deal. Signature confirmation is for my protection so I will unlikely take it off. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal shipping address is correct. If you try to email me a “revised” shipping address I will deny its recognition. According to the sellers’ protection eBay policy/PayPal policy, at least one of the addresses must be correct. Please note, I never look at the eBay address on file, but only the PayPal address. If you want to guarantee no delays and prompt shipping please have your PayPal address correct and free from any errors. Every item is packaged and shipped with the FedEx Company. I have tried other shipping services, but only FedEx has constantly treated myself and my customers with respect and dignity. Some items I will package myself because the item came with a box. I have recently purchased a weight machine so I am still learning how accurate the shipping cost calculated on eBay is. If you see any discrepancies with the shipping price please contact me and we may be able to work out a fair deal. Lastly, items are shipped Monday – Friday from 7:00 A.M. – 11:00 P.M. (Mountain Time). Items may be brought to FedEx on the weekends if I have any additional time on my hands. If you need an item sooner because you want it for a gift then please contact me and we can work something out. Returns: I have been selling items regularly since the middle of 2014 and have had no complaints on my product description or a request to return the item. I have never allowed returns on any products, but I have learned that some items should be eligible for returns. For now, I may allow some returns for certain items. This all depends on the item and if I was inaccurate on the item description. For example, if I was trying to sell a speaker and it did not work then I would return your item. If returns are applicable then you are responsible for the shipping costs both ways unless we kindly communicate a different arrangement. In addition, in order for a return to be applicable you must kindly email me your issue and discuss the reason you want it returned. Lastly, you must contact me within *10 days of receiving the item for me to be able to consider returns.
