Dickey-john GAC2100 NB Commercial Moisture Tester / Bulk Density Analyzer Number of units per auction: 1 Serial number 1640-10577 Several units similar to this can be made available. 60 day warranty / Same day exchange. Dimensions: 15.25"W x 16"D x 14.75"H actual; 24" x 24" x 24" boxed for shipping Weight: 26 lb actual / ~37 lb shipped, (ships as something like 68 lbs because of the size of the shipping box.) Condition: No known defects, analysis results were consistent and within normal accuracy. Recent test results on 13 consecutive measurements on a 1 lb corn sample yielded a moisture variance of 0.02%, (the spec is 0.1%), and a bulk density variance of 0.14 lb/bu. SCD1: 378, (acceptable: 379 +/-20; SCD2: 2491, (acceptable 2500 +/-20). A random sample of corn had a D3 count of 2336, (gm), and a Mettler top load balance weight of 235.3 gm, (acceptable: +/-2.0 gm). This will meet state certification testing for legal trade required of GAC2100 moisture testers. Clean and good to very good cosmetic condition showing signs of only normal wear and observation window remains clear and useful. Includes base unit & new sample collection pan + power cord + instruction manual and 2015 calibration constants in pdf format will be included on a CD. The most recent corn cal coefficients will be uploaded onto the tester. Photos are of the actual unit for this sale. This unit had been in use by a USDA service center until the end of 2014, as an NTEP compliant tester. Number of different stored grain calibrations: 64 sets, each with 9 calibration constants. Moisture reported to the nearest 0.01 %, bulk density 0.1 lb/ bu, temperature 0.1 F. This unit is essentially the same as the GAC2100b , but the enclosure color is different and there is no magnetic latch on the catch pan used to prevent spillage if the pan were not in place. Load - test - dump cycle time: < 20 seconds Shipping: Ships UPS Ground within 1 business day of cleared payment. Additional fees added: $33 for boxing, $16 for insurance, 12% of the actual UPS shipping to cover eBay and Paypal fees. These costs have been included in the shipping calculator, but the final shipping cost may need to be adjusted up or down to reflect actual cost. Please note: The handling cost is shown as $62, kind of high, but this is to compensate for the incorrect eBay shipping calculation; because this is shipped in a 22" x 22" x 22" box, UPS ships this as a much heavier item rather than the 37 actual pounds, but eBay fails to account for this. If Buyer furnishes a prepaid shipping label with insurance, only the $33 boxing cost applies; Seller makes nothing on shipping.
