I'm selling my decorative concrete curbing business. This is curb mate brand. All Honda powered. It has the 509 curate machine w 3x5" 4"x6" 6"x6" slip forms. I have about 10 different stamp styles. It has a bed edger. Concrete mixer. Small atv trailer (will hold 4 full mixes to be pulled behind a atv or utv). Lots of concrete finishing tools and landscape hand tools. Plenty of storage. I bought all this brand new and have ran synthetic oil in it and changed it regularly like I was running conventional oil. It has 1200.00 worth of brand new 16 ply tires. Only thing it will need is the floor needs to be patched or replaced. I was going to just put new steal playing right over the old. This way it would make the trailer even stronger. It would probably get another year or two just welding in some patches where it's bad from holding moister leaves etc. everything is in running order. Also included is copies of humdreds of old eatimates to see how I was designing landscape and curbing and how I was pricing everything from trees shrubs rock mulch bed mat curb trimming transplants etc. this alone if you haven't ownd this type of business is priceless. No one gives you this stuff. It took me years to get it down. I will also give you any advice over the phone. If the price is right I will train you too. The training they offer at the companies that make these products is a joke. I can provide real training if needed. Also if I would have known I could have saved thousands of dollars buying used equipment that is definitely the rout I would have went. Most of this stuff is pretty simple and reasonable when something wears out. That said all my equipment is all in good running order. It's a little dirty as you can see in the pictures. If you know anything about concrete. This is normal. I have made several modifications to the trailer and curb machine to make them preform better. It also has a 8x10' awning (tarp on poles) that attaches to the trailer to keep the person mixing out of the sun. Price is negotiable
