The 18 in. - 36 in. wide units are rated to hold up to 60 pounds, while the 42 in. - 72 in. wide units are rated to hold up to 120 pounds. All shelves are made out of commercial grade stainless steel with a #4 brushed finish. Each shelf has a standard 2.5 in. height and 10 in. depth. It is recommended that the shelves be mounted directly to wall studs or with a plywood backer if they are being hung from drywall.
