This listing is for one NEW Daikin 7.5 ton packaged rooftop air conditioning unit, Model #DCC090. Electric heat can be added to this unit. Our HVAC technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition and ready to run. This is a “Scratch & Dent” unit in that: · The base is dented in several spots and there are a few other minor scratches and dents on the unit. · The coil has a couple of rubbed spots and is very slightly bowed. None of the tubes are punctured or dented and the unit is fully charged. · The top edge is bent down at one corner by the fans and the fan guards have a few bent wires. The fans turn freely and there is no internal damage. · These defects are cosmetic and should not affect the unit’s performance in any way. See photos for details.
