Hi: For sale or best offer: Parked Daedal 6" rotary indexing table. Appears to be a 200RT. Table ratio is 180:1. Stepper motor is a "Slo-Syn" synchronous stepping motor manufactured by Superior Electric. Motor type is M062-FD03. 65 oz/in, 200 steps per revolution, 5.3 VDC, 1.6A. Following information on the 200RT courtest of Parkers online web site: http://divapps.parker.com/divapps/emn/pdf/200RT.pdf The 2 controllers are Daedal PC302R's with a 12 position rear mounted terminal board as well as a 6 pin motor plug. Controllers have a "slew" knob for stepper motor speed control as well as a +/-/off directional switch knob. Controller will allow as slow as approx 2 pulse/second with a readout indication of .01 degree per pulse clear up to a continous stepper motor operation & continous table rotation. Drivers will drive 4,6 &8 lead motors (If the motors are correctly wired externally) Listed output for the controllers is 3.7A @ 24VDC. A 5 position digital readout with XXX.XX degree capability. Readout is fully functional, elements are bright & clear. Both of the 2 controllers and the rotary indexing table have been fully tested and appear to work as designed. No manuals are included. (They were not available at the time) Units are all solid state, have stand alone built-in power supples as well as fully operational cooling fans. Cabinets have a flip down leg for bench top use as well as carrying handles. Neither the controllers or the rotary indexing table have been checked for degree accuracy or back lash. Again stepper is 200 steps/rev and table ratio is 180:1 so arc/second table rotation may be possible. Please remember this is used equipment, so don't expect the cases, cords, knobs, etc to be perfect. Of course, you're not paying brand new price either.
