The 525 Model also has plenty of storage with a drawer to hold extra soda, rolls, or other sundry items. Steamtables keep your food hot with a half-size pot with lid, 1/3 Size pot with roll grate and lid, 1/3 size pot with two 1 1/2 qt. condiment pots inside, with lid, and a wet steam table to accommodate one 2/3 meat cooking pot with lid (on direct heat). The 525 Model is the ultimate mobile food equipment for your business. This street cart is the original and best in the business, perfect for serving hot dogs, kielbasa, sausage, and meatballs. Its strong and lightweight unitized tubular steel frame is coated with a military grade rust inhibitor, ensuring it stays rock solid through years of transportation and service. The exterior is made of easy-to-clean and durable T430 BA stainless steel. This street cart also has a three-compartment sink and hand sink (Each 10" x 6" x 4"), 2.5 gallons hot and 2.5 gallons cold fresh water supply, and a 7.5 gallons water/waste tank. The heat source area fits a 20lb propane tank with regulator, and has two 16,500 BTU each burner. All propane burners have 100% safety controls. Ready for the road, the 525 Model has two pneumatic highway tires on automotive type springs, one front swivel wheel (removable), and a travel hitch with lift-up jack.
