With repeatability of В±2% and the ability to pass greater flows, this Chem Tech Flow Switch is a reliable addition to your system. All original paperwork is included for your convenience. The flow monitor operations work by utilizing a magnetic piston that rests on the bottom of the bypass bore with no flow present. Once flow is established, the piston is forced upward by bypass flow and actuates the reed switch, which is controlled by manual adjustment of the flow control vane. When flow decreases, the piston moves downward and deactivates the reed switch. For sale: CTE Chem Tec 500-B-W Bypass Adjustable Flow Monitor with 37.85 GPM Maximum Flow and 1/2" FNPT connection. This flow monitor boasts features such as a low minimum operating pressure, close ON-OFF differential, and ease of adjustability. Its in line 180 degree porting allows it to monitor gases or liquids while confirming normal flow conditions and sensing high or low flow conditions. The Chem Tech Flow Switch is compatible with wet stations, shipboard water systems, CVD furnaces cooling water, biomedical instruments, vacuum systems, and coolant failure alarms. Made of durable materials such as 316SS, brass, and teflon.
