Up for auction is a used commercial salad bar cold buffet line. This item is a cooler salad buffet that can be filled up with ice to keep salad and toppings cool and ready to serve. There is a drain inside for easy disposal of ice melt. It is on casters for easy mobility. This item contains some scratches, etc. from normal use and may need some cleaning.
