 Sturdy built, reliable, clean workhorse of a steam oven. Very impressive unit! We recently took this in and found the low water probe needed replacing. While we were at it we replaced one of the mechanical timers, the on/off lighted rocker switch was not illuminating bright enough so we replaced it and installed a new 12ft power cord. Ironically, the boiler itself was very clean and needed no descaling, which was a surprise. After a good cleaning we put this oven through its paces and it operated perfectly. The boiler quickly produces steam and keeps up easily when both ovens are in use. This is the big advantage of gas! You will be very pleased with his double steam oven. It's a must for vegetable and fish cooking, rethermalization, defrosting and much, much more. New these units cost $22,187, which is worth it considering all they can do. This refurbished unit is used, but in very good condition now.
