It is primarily used for adding telephone lines into conferencing solutions utilizing ClearOne's XAP 800 and XAP 400 Digital Matrix Mixers. The AP and XAP pro audio systems are the mixers of choice for audio visual professionals installing sound systems in mission-critical conference rooms, classrooms, churches, and auditoriums. Gentner XAP TH2 The ClearOne XAP TH2 has the ability to use the G-ware Expansion Bus to communicate with multiple XAP 800/400 or PSR 1212 mixers. It uses powerful DSP technology to separate inbound and outbound signals so that it can automatically provide customized conditioning on each audio path as it eliminates unwanted noise and boosts weak signals. Up to sixteen (16) XAP TH2 devices can be linked to a single XAP 800 Digital Matrix Mixer to provide a 16-line conference call bridge that will excel in both price and performance when compared with other options. When using the G-ware Expansion Bus; connect up to (8) XAP 800 mixers with up to 64 microphones. However, if you are looking for one or more echo-cancelling telephone line add-in interface to connect to a single, non-networked mixer, and not necessarily a Gentner, the XAP TH2 will do that too. It sold for $995 (list price) when new. This unit is in good operating condition. We have tested it. This XAP TH2 comes with a 30 day warranty. We are only supplying the unit shown, two Phoenix push-in connectors, and a power cord with the auction. The manual can be found on ClearOne's website, in its online support library. You will probably not need anything more but we are here to provide technical assistance if you need it. We know how to set the TH2 up. It is very straight-forward when simple integration with other systems is concerned but it can be joined with multiple ClearOne XAP systems to function as one system and this can get complicated. Because of this, we cannot guarantee anything about compatibility in your application. This is not a buy-it, try-it program. You should know what you are purchasing and how you will install it before buying it. At $299, the unit is so inexpensive that extensive setup support could quickly make selling it a losing proposition.
