Traditional Chinese Chef Knife (cleaver) but with Soft Grip Handle rather than the usual Wooden Handle. Brand new, unused, but not in the original package.  This knife is stamped "factory seconds" because there is a scratch mark on the blade near the handle, (see photo #2 & #6  ).  Also, because this knife was in a bin with other cleavers, there are a few minor scratches on the blade.  Other than that, this knife is in excellent condition.  If you have ever bought seconds from me before, you already know I will not sell a knife if it has anything wrong with it other than cosmetics.   8 by 3.25-inch Stain Free High Carbon Steel Blade with individually ground and honed edge.
