Chinese cleaver hand finished made from carbon steel. Wooden handle, simple design. When sharp will stay sharp!  Purchased over 15 years ago in San Francisco China Town. Kept properly, oiled so nut rust (is carbon steel so will rust if not taken care of).  No chips, cracks, or rust. I am a culinary professional so know how to keep properly. Do not use any long and have not for sometime, paring down my knife collection.  Measures: From tip of knife to base of knife: 8 inches  From tip to end of handle: 12 inches  Width: 3 3/4 inches Good quality, does have stamps in Chinese characters. With proper care this life will last forever!  This is a NO RESERVE auction! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
