HAVE THE CLEANEST EGGS YOU HAVE EVER SEEN AT HOME WITH SO MUCH EASE, YOU WILL LOVE IT. THEY ROLL OUT ONTO A TRAY WHEN THE HEN LEAVES. JUST LIFT THE LID AND GATHER YOUR EGGS. 4 HOLE NEST BOX IS GOOD FOR UP TO 12 HENS. RAISE AND LOWER THE PERCHES ALSO WITHOUT GOING INTO THE ACTUAL COOP AREA. CARPET BEDDING FOR NO MESS CLEANUP PROBLEMS This is the best thing I have built in a long time. I am a master builder and have just started with laying hens again after many years. I did not want to get into the coop all the time nor have to mess with bedding in the nest boxes. This new 4 hole nest box plans and materials list is designed for just that. Eggs roll out into the egg tray outside the coop area and the auto perch lever lets me raise and lower the perches so they will not roost in the boxes while not having to inter the coop. You can see the coop I built in the pics. I divided the floor plan that gives me room to walk and store feed with out bothing the hens. You may install this unit to the side of a current coop also as long as the trays and such are out of the weather. Not a hard to build project as the plans are professionally drawn with schedules, blow ups and very good detailed directions with cut out view of materials. Do not mean to be redundant but a few have actualy thought I was going to send plans and a kit and even an entire 4 hole nest box for $8.95.
