There are obvious signs of wear and use (scratches and rusting;see photos 5 and 6) associated with prior ownership. This unit does appear to be functioning normally by heating up water and draining the water out. Packs are not included. Rack is included. This unit is being sold as pictured above. SOLD AS IS.
