This auction is for a Cementex IR38-LC double insulated 3/8" ratchet. Total length of ratchet is approx. 7 3/4 inches. Square drive. Although most of these items are in plastic wrap, and appear to be in unused condition, we are selling them as used since we do not know the history of these items. As such, please expect that there MAY be signs of previous use and/or storage. These items are surplus stock from a telecom company that went bankrupt. Various manufacturing years.
