This is used. I am unsure how to test it, I do not know what it is used for. I was able to turn it on and when you turn it on the light comes on and a fan operates. The LED readout turns on also. Other than that this is untested and sold as-is. If you know what I can do to test it please feel free to ask and I will try it out. This weighs 100 pounds unpackaged. I can ship it UPS freight or just plain UPS, or if you would like to arrange for shipment that is fine too.
