Carlisle 991149 Spectrum Deli Kit, White Product Overview This Carlisle 991149 Sparta Spectrum deli kit includes 7 brushes and brooms with white bristles, except for the floor drain brush which has black bristles, for general clean-up and floor/drain-care applications. The brush bristles are white for use in applications that rely on color coding to prevent cross-contamination, such as food preparation and service environments. The colors are in compliance with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HAACP). The kit includes two colored brush racks made of heavy-gauge aluminum that hold up to 10 brushes each for storage and organization.The 40024 6" hand scrub brush with polyester bristles has an iron shape with an ergonomic handle that provides grip during light and medium cleaning applications and fits into crevices and corners. The 40541 8" all-purpose scrub brush with polyester bristles has an ergonomic pistol-grip handle for grip and control while scrubbing and bristles trimmed at multiple angles. The 40501 20" utility scrub brush has polyester bristles that are trimmed at multiple angles to ensure contact with the surface being cleaned. The 40423 10" hi-lo floor scrub brush with polypropylene bristles has three angles for efficient cleaning on flat surfaces, under counters, around equipment, and along baseboards. The 41083 54" unflagged duo-sweep angle broom has unflagged polypropylene bristles for sweeping heavy debris and an upright fiberglass handle for reaching into corners, along walls, and into hard-to-reach areas. The 40225 60" self-locking flex-tip fiberglass handle attaches to the floor sweeps. The 41395 knife cleaning brush with polyester bristles scrubs cutlery.
