This is a used, guaranteed good illuminated rocker switch made by Carlingswitch. It appears to be part of their Tippette series, for which a datasheet is available at http://www.carlingtech.com/sites/default/files/documents/Tippette_Details_%26_COS.pdf. This unit does not have a part number printed on it. From the series datasheet above, most probable PN is LTIGK51-6S-BL-AM-NBL-125N. The amber lamp that illuminates the switch is wired across the load terminals (the pair of terminals across the center of the switch body). The lamp turns on automatically if the switch is used to switch both poles of a 125A circuit. One of the pix shows the lamp when it is on. This is used and has been removed from functioning equipment. Overall condition is quite good. The actuator has a few very minor surface scratches.
