Returns Although we all aren’t perfect, sometimes there is a need for our customers to return product to us. Usually this is due to order an incorrect size, or print design. If an error happens, and we ship you the wrong product, we will pick up the incorrect product and ship you the correct one. This is usually done on the same delivery. We put a return sticker in the corrected box so when UPS truck shows up…simply open the box, take the return sticker out, and place it on the incorrect box. If our customer makes an error, a Return Authorization Number has to be created. At the customer’s expense, they must pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse, in addition to paying a 15-25% (depending on the condition of the box when we get it back – if we need to repack the product, then the 25% comes into play, otherwise just 15%.) of the cost of the original transaction.
