 THIS IS A USED CAT-CO OPEN FRAME CARTRIDGE ACTUATED CABLE CUTTER. THE MODEL A-1 CUTTER HAS NO COMPETITION WHEN IT COMES TO SPEED, PORTABILITY, EASE OF USE, AND OVERALL LIFE CYCLE COST. THIS CAN BE USED TO PRODUCE QUICK CLEAN CUTS IN --- --5/8 INCH CROSS ARM BOLTS --1/4 TO 1/2 INCH GUYWIRE --QUICKLY SEVER 1/2 INCH REBAR AND 1/2 INCH SECURITY BAR TUBING --ACSR UP TO 3/4 INCH IN AREAS REQUIRING STORM DAMAGE CLEANUP  THE A-1 MODEL IS PREPARED FOR CUTTING BY FIRST TWISTING THE HANDLE AND PULLING BACK TO EXPOSE AN OPEN BREECH. A PROPER COLOR CODED CARTRIDGE IS INSERTED INTO THE BREECH AND THE HANDLE IS PUSHED FORWARD AND ROTATED TO LOCK INTO POSITION. THE CUTTER HEAD IS PLACED OVER THE CABLE AND THE SOUBLE ACTION TRIGGER IS PULLED RESULTING IN AN  INSTANTANEOUS CUT OF THE CABLE.   YOU ARE GETING THE PLASTIC TOOL BOX FOR THE CABLE CUTTER, THE CUTTER ITSELF, A INSTRCUTION VIDEO, SILICONE LUBRICANT, BRUSHES TO CLEAN, 3 BOXES, FULL, AND NEW WITH RED, YELLOW AND BLUE CARTRIDGES, 50 PER BOX.
