This auction is for CAC Carrier Access TDM Controller DS1/E1 Card. Card seems to be in good physical condition. Unable to test; thus, the unit is priced accordingly and sold As-IS. I have had previous auctions in which people have bought equipment from me, opened unit up and pulled out parts, and returned the unit as defective. Thus, I no longer accept returns and sell all equipment AS-IS. Please consider this when placing your bid, there will be no returns/refunds. Thank you! TERMS & CONDITIONS ABOUT MMGOODDEALS We receive most of our gear from auctions throughout the state of Florida and southern Georgia. The infomation provided in the listings comes from searches on the internet (google, ebay, manufacter's, ect) and from info on the card(s) themself. We put as much info as possible in the description and price the items low incase they need repairs. Unfortunately, we have very little knoledge of what this equipment does, and are not sure of the condition of the gear. All items sold As-Is, unless stated otherwise in the auction, with no warranty what so ever. Please keep this in mind when placing your bid. PAYMENT We recieve payments through PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-paying Bidder alert will be filed. SHIPPING We ship our Domestic sales through a FedEx shipping/packing store. The shipping price quoted above includes the handling fee along with the shipping quote we receive. We also insure every shipment so the buyer and seller are both covered, and this too is included in the shipping quote. For INTERNATIONAL shipping, we will use ONLY USPS (with tracking). Please email me directly for a shipping quote ( which will include insurance and handling as well ). If you do not e-mail us to find out shipping prices and then bid and win the auction you are bound by a eBay to fulfill the contract and will be held responsible for the shipping costs. We ship 2-3 times per week, and will email tracking numbers when possible. Our ship days are generally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If there is a rush on your product, please email us and I am sure we can accomodate you. RETURNS: MMGoodDeals will accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, no exceptions. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. We reserve the right to correct misprint on product descriptions/specifications, photo and contents; Also, we reserve the right to cancel/refuse any bid due to typographical, informational, or other error.
