We plugged this in and it vibrates like we believe it should. It is a very slight vibration. Also the timer seems to work because you can hear it if you put you ear next to it when it is running. We see these listed between $200 and $400. We are missing the top cover so we are letting this go for a great deal. We are no experts but everything seems to be good with this except that it is marked up from being used. Comes with the power cord and unit only. Please see all the pictures.
