It has been bench tested as described below. I am unable to fully test due to not having an electrode or return pads but I believe it to be working correctly. No trouble codes present at power up. Cooling fan works. The timer lights up "15:00" after power up. When I press the "start" button an "E02" code is set and the impedance gauge reads "hi" and blinks. According to the manual this would indicate an open circuit/disconnected pad condition. This would make sense as I do not have any return pads or an electrode to fully test. This is the extent of my testing. I believe this unit to be fully functional. Inspection:Cosmetically this unit is in good preowned condition. Light signs of previous use such as dings, scuffs, scratches as pictured. One of the rubber bumpers on the bottom of the unit has a piece missing. There are some cracks on one of the cooling fan filter vent covers but it is still holding the foam filter in place. No cuts in the power cord. Please study pictures carefully.
