This unit is in really nice condition. It is used but that is hard to tell. The handset battery is no good but it is included for reference. The base unit has been tested and works well and responds to prompts. I could not test handset. It is super clean and looks new but make NO assumptions about the handset. The Friday was purchased at a local estate where there were a lot of items that were meticulously kept with original packaging. This unit has the extended memory upgrade installed for up to 36 minute total record time. All digital, 9 mailboxes, 6 voice/3 announcements, Call forwarding, pager notification & easy set-up.
