Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to power this monitor on using a 115VAC power cable (included). When powered on all lights briefly flashed and the printer immediately began to function but was out of paper. We are unable to test beyond this basic power on test. We are unable to test this unit beyond what is stated above. This item was purchased from surplus. We see no outward reason that it will not function fully. However, given that the we cannot fully test it, this device will be sold as-is. We guarantee this device to only perform as we have described.
