Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the item and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please call or email before returning items to receive authorization. Items must be returned in original condition and, if shipped in manufacturer's box, must be returned in undamaged manufacturer's box. We make every effort to describe them carefully and accurately.
