This dispenser was purchased by a company that ended up out of business before they ever used it. It has been setting in a clean, dry storage area since. I plugged it in and the light comes on, the heater heats up and the dispenser activates. I do not have any tape to test with it, but I am confident it works just fine. It shows no signs of use and only a few small scratches from being stored. Dispenser and power cord only...missing original packaging, manuals etc. This is a great opportunity to pick up a nice new tape dispenser at a great price.
