 about Portable Gluer/hotmelt  with Hose and Gun from baumer web site: XtendComponents Xtend hot melt units together with heated hoses NO LONGER AS shown in he photo only one controller remains and guns form a hot melt application system. The unit melts granules and transports them through the heated hoses to the application heads under pressure. Various tank sizes are available. You can connect up to 8 Xtend® hoses. The Xtend series consequently counted on energy efficiency from its start in 2006. The tank, the hose, the melting mode and last but not least the fast intermittent Xtendguns preserve consequently adhesive, energy and purse. For your hot melt guns Baumer hhs offers an all around insulation - also for retrofit. Thanks to reduced surface it cuts on required energy for heating, preserving at the same tim eadhesive and seals, time and climate.   InterActive This technology allows to exchange references and metered values between Xmelt melters, hot melt hoses and application guns. The melter detects all hoses and heads that are connected. Each one transmits its history and allowed parameters. Thanks to this informations the Xtend melter can adapt system parameters such as heating algorithms optimally to the connected heads and hoses. Additionally the InterActive technology supports external communication. You as a user can modify data on your computer and even via the internet. On the other end, Baumer hhs can detect problems online and solve them when needed.
