We offer a wide range of Powder Packing Machine/ Automatic Pneumatic Type FFS Machine with auger filler that is ideal for packing sticky & hygroscopic powders like flour, milk powder, spray dried detergent powder, custard powder, glucose powder, besan, spices, Henna powder, protein powder in three side/ four side/ center seal pouches. This machine is easy to operate. We can also customize it as per the requirement of the customers. Specifications: Recommended packing range: up to 250gm Production Speed: Approx. 15- 35 pouches per minute. (Also depends upon product & its quantity to be filled) Shipping Policy v Given price offer is FOB India port bases after custom clearance. (Equipment will be supplied in sea worthy wooden pallets). Sea freight up to buyer's destination will be paid by buyer in advance including all destination charges as mention in our shipping Policy. Return Policy Goods sold are not returnable. We Warranty to repair free of cost any component found to be defective due to bad workmanship or faulty raw materials, but not defected due to damage during Transit, Bad Storage or Mishandling of the Equipment. Trial on Machine The customer shall deliver the following items for trial of the machine at our works: a) Laminate roll /Packaging material (At least 5Kg.) b) Sufficient quantity of each of the products proposed to be packed. The above items will be arranged for deliver at our factory (free of cost, inclusive of taxes/delivery charges etc.) by the buyer. Witnessing of trial We take trials at our works before dispatch of machine to fine tune & ensure trouble free operation of the machine. Customer representative may have to reach our works as per the dates communicated by us to them. Installation & Commissioning v Customer is requested to keep ready the prerequisites/ utilities/ accessories at site prior to arrival of our service engineer. v Air ticket to & fro + Lodging, boarding (International standard), local conveyance & USD 60.00 per day per person as pocket allowance for Installation Engineer. Deputation of service engineer during warranty period Air ticket to & fro + Lodging, boarding (International standard), local conveyance & USD 60.00 per day per person as pocket allowance for service engineer Required Information These all machines are customized and we have to manufacture the machine exactly as per customer requirement. so we need following information from customer side in order to initiate the manufacturing process. 1.
